What materials are the prints produced on?
Marion Griese’s art prints are professionally produced on premium archival paper designed for fine art reproduction. Select works/sizes are also available on high-quality canvas for a gallery-style finish.
Do prints come framed?
Prints are sold unframed. Many customers choose to source their own frames locally or online based on personal style and budget. Custom framing with UV-protective glass is a great option for long-term display and preservation.
Will new prints be added in the future?
Yes — new print releases will be introduced periodically. Joining my email list is the best way to be notified when new editions become available.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Prints ship free in North America. For other areas, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Each print is made to order and carefully prepared by professional fine art printers. Orders typically ship within a few business days. Estimated delivery times vary by location:
Canada: approximately 3–9 business days
United States: approximately 5–15 business days
International: delivery times may vary
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Will I need to pay duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or VAT depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
How are prints packaged?
Prints are carefully rolled and securely packaged in protective tubes to ensure safe delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s progress.
Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
Can I return or cancel my order?
Because each print is made to order, all sales are final. Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.
What if my print arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me promptly with your order number and photos of the issue so I can assist you.
What if my order says delivered but I haven’t received it?
First check with the courier or local postal service using your tracking number. If the issue isn’t resolved, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help.
